 Dr. Rick Garvey and Dr. Nicole Nemeth along with their world-class staff welcome you to the Plastic Surgery of Westchester. Our Goal is to make your time here educational and comfortable. Your experience begins with a complimentary consultation with your surgeon and your patient care coordinator to preview the possibilities of cosmetic surgery and help establish realistic expectations. You also review our extensive collection of before and after pictures, demonstrating results obtained by years of experience by our surgeons in a variety of cosmetic surgery procedures. We will listen specifically to your requests.
Our staff is one of the best you’ll ever meet. Each member of the team has been selected for their exceptional personality and the entire team works together seamlessly.
We maintain an AAAASF accredited surgical suite, equipped like a hospital operating room with the privacy and ease of an office setting, offering full general anesthesia for more complex procedures as well as sedation and local anesthesia for other procedures. We enjoy a strong relationship with some of the finest hospitals in the area, offering overnight and extended post-operative stays if medically advisable. This is ideal for our out of town patients as well as those with little post-operative help or those desiring a more private recovery. We can also arrange your stay at a variety of hotels within minutes of our facility and arrange an overnight “sitter,” if desired as well as postoperative stays at our center.
 In addition to the full gamut of plastic surgical procedures of the face, breast and body, we offer several rejuvenative procedures which are nonsurgical. These include Laser Hair Removal, Laser Tattoo Removal and Laser Spider Vein treatments. Our skin care program includes microdermabrasion and office peels that will improve your skin as well as a full line of affordable yet powerful home skin care products available only through physicians. We also provide Botox®, Restylane® and Collagen treatments for fine facial lines, in addition to laser treatments for wrinkles. Micropigmentation is offered for expert scar camouflage and permanent make-up application.
